Laurie-Anne Poquet diaries and notebooks

Meet Laurie-Anne, a freelance illustrator from France working under the pseudonym “Lauriea Illustration”. Laurie-Anne has been passionate about drawing for as long as she can remember, always carrying brushes or coloured pencils with her. As a child, she dreamed of becoming an artist and after pursuing studies and gaining professional experience, she took the leap and became a freelance illustrator – a decision she cherishes every day for its fulfillment and drive.

Laurie-Anne considers herself living in the contemplation of all things inspired by the surrounding world – diverse strong and courageous feminine features, nature, flowers, food just to name a few. Music and cinema have a deep impact on her as well, making her illustrations resonate with the rhythm of her various musical favourites and sharpening her sense of framing and composition.

A passionate organiser, Laurie-Anne has been using notebooks, diaries and journals for years, each one with its own purpose. “I think I’d be lost without them!” she laughs. For her, a good diary should allow space for efficient organisation as well as for personal needs like ideas, sketches, last-minute appointments or similar. Her favourite So Typical Me layout is the productivity themed “Get it Done” which, together with a few daily modules (the water consumption and sleep trackers are must-haves!) is the perfect choice for her needs and plans.
