Placing an order with sotypicalme.co.uk means that you agree to keep track of your inbox, as all communication regarding your order is done via email. Delivery notification is sent via text message if you have entered your mobile number.
So Typical Me expresses reservations about the following: lack of inventory, delays, technical problems and incorrect item information. So Typical Me reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel an order if extraordinary reasons arise.
Pricing and payment
You can choose to pay with PayPal or Klarna. Through Klarna, we are able to offer invoice payment, payment by instalment, credit card payment and direct payment.

The prices of our products are stated in GBP and include 20% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Delays and partial delivery
We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays may happen. We, therefore, do not guarantee delivery for a specific day, and delays, though rare, can occur. We will send you an email with the proper information if a product cannot be delivered on time. Orders with multiple products: in such a case, we will send the products we have received. If delays do occur, they seldom last longer than a few days. When the product has reached us, it takes priority in our shipment queue and it will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal and Returns
You reserve the right to withdraw and cancel your order as long as you have not chosen a payment method. However, if you have paid or registered an invoice via Klarna, the right of withdrawal does not apply according to the Distance Sales Act. This happens because the calendars are personalised and manufactured according to your instructions, hence, have a clear personal touch. Once you have finished the checkout process, So Typical Me (Burde Publishing AB) has started taking steps to create your calendar; therefore, you will not be able to cancel or change your order.
Returns of additional products
If you want to return your additional product/products you must inform So Typical Me within 14 days after receiving your goods. After this you have another 14 days to return the goods.

For unclaimed letters or parcels, we charge a fee, currently at GBP 15, to cover costs of administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unclaimed packages are not covered under the right of withdrawal.
Claims and Complaints
If a product differs from what is stated in the agreement between you and So Typical Me or, otherwise, does not correspond to the description of the product provided by So Typical Me, you may file a claim. Only original errors are covered by the right of complaint. For example, the right of complaint does not cover errors caused by normal wear and tear. Claims to So Typical Me needs to be made within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered. So Typical Me reserves the right, first and foremost, to rectify the defect, or secondly, to redeliver the goods, or, as a last resort, the option to repurchase the product.
